- “CCA Coin”– attendees given a token at check in (1 per contracted room night on peak night) to exchange for a glass of beer or wine (served in a CCA Cup) at any participating restaurant in the village
- Promotional Assets provided to help groups promote their events (video, photography, etc.) – provided by BCRC (existing assets)
- Free parking in BCRC managed public lots for drive in attendees in summer
- Resort Activities for off season groups (sponsored by BCRC, negotiable):
- Mountain Hiking guided tours
- Dine around transportation (on village connect shuttles)

- Permit Fee discount in need months for closure of roads – (Avon/ BC city permit costs are $2500-$3000 for Forest Service and/or Avon city street closure permits.)
- Transportation Sponsorship:
- Extend overflow rooms to Avon/ BG hotels “outside gates” with a 5% guest room revenue rebate at participating Lodges to be used to supplement BCRC sponsorship of transportation to village wide events
